Purchase Terms

1. This product is in stock and available for direct purchase.
2. The product images may slightly differ from the actual item. We are not responsible for any discrepancies.
3. The unit price of the purchased item will be based on the price displayed on the receipt. No modifications will be made to ensure the mutual protection of both buyer and seller.
4. The outer packaging of the product may experience minor dents during transportation. This is a normal occurrence, and we are not responsible if the customer is unable to obtain aesthetically pleasing packaging due to the order of collection. This is also not a valid reason for returns or refunds.
5. If the product needs to be unboxed for inspection, only missing or defective parts are eligible for replacement.
6. Each item may have slight variations in coloring, and we reserve the right to decide whether replacements are necessary.
7. For missing or defective parts, please exchange within 3 days of receipt with the original receipt. Afterward, we reserve the right to decide whether replacements are necessary.
8. In the event of typographical errors and/or incorrect information provided by suppliers resulting in incorrect pricing and/or information, Toys Gallery reserves the right to refuse and cancel any orders with pricing errors.
