1.Delivery Days / Regions
For deliveries to Hong Kong 7-10 days
For deliveries to Mainland China 7-10 days
For deliveries outside Hong Kong and Mainland China 14-28 days
2.Shipping Instructions
After placing an order (excluding the day of ordering), it will be shipped out within approximately 7 business days, excluding holidays.
Delivery is available from Monday to Friday.
In the case of a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances such as holiday periods or natural disasters, there may be a delay in shipping.
If customer,
fails to respond to courier’s emails/ phone calls or other contact means to collect the parcel,Toys Gallery will try our best to contact customer to collect the parcel. However, if customer fails to reply our emails/ phone calls or other contact means within designated days; or
refuses to pay the duties, taxes and any other charges related to customs clearance; or
refuses to collect the parcel,
which causes unsuccessful delivery, the parcel might be withheld, seized or disposed by courier or local Customs authorities due to heavy backlog, customer has to bear the responsibility.
In such case, toys gallery has successfully shipped out the product according to the information from the order form, therefore the transaction is treated as completed.
